Winter weather will see its end

The last of the winter storm that has slammed the South is expected to find its end by the weekend.
The last Hard Freeze Warning was issued from 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18 to 12 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19. While temperatures in the day are expected to almost hit 40, the night time temperatures Thursday through Saturday will be below freezing.
Stay inside, and do not get out on the roads unless it is essential. If there are down power lines, do not cross them. Report down power lines and power outages to Four County Electric Power Association at 1-800-431-1544.

Update at 12:41 p.m. Feb. 19: A second Hard Freeze Warning was issued by the NWS in effect from 6 p.m. today to 9 a.m. Saturday.
