Supervisors continue curfew

Due to an increase in COVID-19 numbers the Clay County Board of Supervisors voted to extend the county curfew until they meet Jan. 4, 2021.
"The county is currently under a curfew order," Angela Ford, County Attorney, said. "From 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. It was due to expire today today. If you would like for it to continue, I have drawn up a resolution. It is proposed to expire on January 4, which will be the first board meeting in January."
The supervisors approved a resolution to extend the county curfew through Jan. 4, 2021.
Supervisor Lynn Horton asked what is the mandate for people wanting to have outside activities during this time. How many people are allowed for indoor and outdoor gatherings.
