Movie Review: Take Trip to 'Jurassic World"

Statistically speaking, you've probably already seen "Jurassic World," as it made literally all the money during its opening weekend. The movie stomped and roared its way into the biggest opening weekend of all time. More than "The Avengers." More than "The Hunger Games." More than "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo."
Is it good, though? Pull up a chair and I'll tell you.
"Jurassic World" picks up 20 years after the original "Jurassic Park," with the titular park experiencing diminishing returns as dinosaurs have become yesterday's news. In order to entice new sponsors and keep the money rolling in, the scientists of Jurassic World create a hybrid dinosaur called the Indominus Rex.
The hybrid is, shall we say, a little unhinged and — because this is a Jurassic Park movie — gets loose to wreak havoc on its creators and the 20,000 or so people at the park.
"Jurassic World" is, first and foremost, a lot of fun. The movie is expertly paced (it's two-hour runtime flies by), and contains more than enough thrills, scares, laughs and fist-pumping cheers.
