Board of Supervisors conduct auction

The Clay County Board of Supervisors held a public auction on the Courthouse steps for a 1996 Mac Truck owned by the county.

Board President Shelton Deanes executed the contract with Taggert Brothers Auction Real Estate to conduct the auction at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 10 for the auction and sale of the 1996 Mac Truck.

Supervisor Lynn Horton made a motion that the bidding was to begin at $5,000. The motion was authorized and approved.
