West Point feasted on Columbus' poor pitching Thursday, banging out 11 hits and taking advantage of nine walks in a 20-0 four-inning "mercy rule" victory.

Sophomore Baker Watson went 3-for-3 with three runs scored and five RBI, junior B. R. Watson was 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI, and senior Marquez Carter was 2-for-2 with an RBI and three runs scored.

Gray Berry was 1-for-1 with an RBI and three runs scored and junior Roe Ketchum had a double, three RBI and 3 runs scored from the lead off spot. John Michael Farr and Rhett Ketchum also had a hit each with Farr driving in a run.

The Green Wave turned the game into a blowout quickly, scoring 15 runs in the first. They added two more in the second and three in the third, before the game was called after the top of the fourth.
