Jack’s opened its newest location at 6795 Highway 45 Alt. South. The drive-thru opened for the first time at 5 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 19, with the first 50 guests to make a purchase receiving free breakfast for a month.

“We are thrilled to open our newest location here in West Point, Mississippi,” Area Manager for Jack’s Family Restaurants,Wayne Whisenant, said. “We want to welcome everyone during grand opening week to join the fun and we are excited to meet the West Point community.”

The new Southern Charm restaurant design highlights the importance of community and the South to the Jack’s brand. The restaurant will feature porch seating with rocking chairs and a window highlighting the restaurant’s very own biscuit maker, where guests can see their biscuits being scratch-made.

"We want to do something special for our teachers," Brandi Jo Burden, field marketing coordinator, said. "We will have free coffee and iced coffee for teachers with their school identification. They are hard-working and nothing is easy for them during the pandemic."

Burden said the new Jack's will have dine-in and drive thru.
"We are using gloves and facial coverings," Burden said. "We are cleaning and sanitizing between each guest. The health and safety of our guest and employees is extremely important."

To celebrate the new West Point location, Jack’s is hosting the “Five Days of Jack’s,” which begins today, Wednesday, Aug. 19, and will continue throughout the week to provide guests with an opportunity to win prizes daily. For details on online giveaways and prizes, please visit the Jack’s Facebook event, “West Point Grand Opening Celebration.”
"We will be giving away $1,000 worth of prizes," Burden said.
