Oak Hill’s Craven, Oswalt to play MAIS All-Star game

Jaden Craven and Tyler Oswalt get to represent the Oak Hill Raiders one more time on the football field.

It was announced after the season that Craven and Oswalt would be participating in the MAIS All-Star Game on December 6 at Jackson Prep. The contest kicks off at 2:30 p.m.

Oak Hill splits basketball decisions

Kirk Academy jumped out to an 11-3 lead on Thursday night to defeat Oak Hill 39-29 in girls basketball action.

“We played great defense, but let down a little in the third quarter,” Oak Hill coach Mindy Bowman said. “It was a good offensive effort by Carley Wooten and Anna Grace Reed.”
